“I contacted Ali O’Reilly at Liv + Wilder about a long term house rental in Burke, VT.  The house I originally inquired about was already leased so Ali suggested another house she had, which ended up being a better fit for our needs.  She showed us the house and we rent it for 7 months.  Ali is an absolute pleasure to work with!  She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, sweet, kind, caring, patient, understanding, extremely responsive and helpful and a joy to be around and deal with!  The house we rented had a clogged/broken drain so I reached out to her about it and within a day she had a handyman at the house who fixed it promptly.  We also lost power one cold winter day and she immediately called me before I reached out to her to see how I was doing and asked if I needed anything until the power came back on and to make sure I knew how to start the wood stove to stay warm.  If you are looking for a top notch property manager or house rental, I’d highly recommend reaching out and working with Ali as our experience working with her was exceptional!”
